The headquarters of Dr. Sudha's Ayurveda Kendra is nestled in south Delhi's Safdarjung Enclave. It is the Kendra's oldest running center. The presence of "Deer Park", one of Delhi's biggest urban parks in the vicinity lends a breath of fresh air to the Kendra. The center has stay and treatment facilities. Dr. Sudha spends most of her time here.

Clients can avail the treatment facilities for healing or choose from several different wellness packages offered here. This center also has stay facilities which typically include treatment twice a day and three ayurvedic meals tailored to the treatment. The room facilities are simple, in accordance with Ayurvedic principles. The rooms up front have large glass windows with a good view of the surrounding area in the vicinity, where you can also observe the sun from morning to evening.

Yoga services are also provided on request.
